After months of back and forth, it now appears that President Obama is posed to require federal contractors to comply with the Executive Order from former President Bush that requires e-verification of new hires and employees. President Obama states that federal contractors must comply by September 8, and a district court in Maryland has struck down challenges from the U.S. Chamber
